Please note that due to our building polices we are not renting for non-studio events past 10pm. Renters are not permitted to post any signs or notes outside of our 9th floor. (Not in the elevator nor building lobby, nor building front doors). Any garbages have to be left on our 9th floor in the back by the service elevator area). Nothing can be left on the side of the building on the street.
Rental Fees may be paid by cash, company check, or major credit card.
